Terms and conditions
- No payment is collected on this store. Orders are placed at no charge to the person ordering.
- Each person orders one uniform package. Please order the package that matches your role.
- All items are decorated with the Carrier Enterprise logo and produced to order.
- If there is a discrepancy between the packing slip and the goods received, it must be reported to jessica@tntworld.com within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
- We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters.
Returns and exchanges

- Items can be returned due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receipt. Contact us for an RA number and mark it clearly on the package. A replacement or exchange is provided once the item is received at TNT marked ‘Carrier Returns’. No returns are accepted without a valid RA number.
Privacy policy
- At TNT, your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy applies to the personal information TNT collects from you as a user of this store: your name, email address and branch number. That information is collected in order to provide the products you have requested.
- TNT maintains reasonable and appropriate standards to safeguard your personal information.
- Personal information is not sold, shared or tracked. Should there ever be a need to share your information, your permission will be requested first.
How we use the information we collect
The information collected allows us to process and confirm your orders, contact you with order updates or customer service replies, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Fulfillment
- Orders are produced by TNT in Mississauga, Ontario and fulfilled under TNT’s arrangement with Carrier Enterprise.
- Include your branch number at checkout so your order reaches the right location.
